Megan Pardo

Chief Administrative Officer Megan Pardo oversees Membership Engagement, Network Development, Project Management Office (PMO), Cybersecurity, and Marketing, driving key operational and strategic initiatives across the organization. 

Megan joined Innovation Care Partners (ICP) in its early stages in 2012 and has played a critical role in its growth, holding multiple leadership positions that have shaped the organization’s infrastructure and service delivery. 

She has over 19 years of healthcare industry experience, with a diverse background that includes clinical practice as a radiology technologist, orthopedic practice management, and leading the implementation and training of IT network solutions. 

Megan’s leadership is rooted in a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and delivering secure, high-quality solutions to ICP’s members and partners.
