Gina Bishop – Chief Clinical Officer
Gina Bishop, PhD, RN, serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Innovation Care Partners (ICP) and brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical operations, and nursing education. She oversees ICP’s care management programs, including transitional care, discharge coordination, embedded care teams, and post-acute partnerships. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Gina holds a PhD in Nursing and has served in key leadership roles, including CEO of Providence St. Joseph Health in Kodiak, Alaska, Division of Public Health Nursing in Alaska, and Operational Management in clinical settings throughout the Valley. She is recognized for her ability to lead complex healthcare systems and has a proven track record of driving quality improvement, optimizing patient outcomes, and enhancing organizational efficiency. Gina’s leadership is instrumental in advancing ICP’s mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and value-based care across healthcare services in our community.
